  4. Self-attested Copy of Aadhaar Card: Self-attested Copy of Aadhaar Card of all the directors or designated partners. Aadhar Card copies are used for the verification purposes. 
  5. Passport Size Photography: Passport Size Photographs of company’s Directors or Designated Partners are required. It is used for the Preparation of Digital Signature Certificate of Directors/Designated Partners.
  6. Email ID & Contact Number: Email ID and Phone Number of Directors/Designated Partner is required for the filing of Digital Signature Certificate. 
  7. Residential Proof: Directors/Partners’ Residential Proof is required for the verification purpose. It can be any utility bill such as Mobile bill, Electricity Bill, Water Bill, etc not older than two months. 
  8. Company Address Proof: Address Proof for the registered office address of the company is required. It can be any utility bills not older than two months. Also, Proof of owner is required and in case of rented property NOC from the owner along with Rent Agreement is needed. 
  9. Signature of all Directors/Designated Partners: Signature of all the Directors or Designated Partner within the company is required. Make sure to submit the signature on plain white paper.
  10. Company’s Email ID: Company’s Email ID is required for the filing process of the incorporation form. 
  11. Shareholding Pattern: Along with these documents, share the details of shareholding pattern on which basis the investors will invest and hold the shares in the company.
