At Bizfoc, we are committed to delivering exceptional services with Transparency and Integrity. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to ensure Clarity and Fairness for our clients. Under this policy:
1. Full Refund Eligibility:
- Timeframe: If a cancellation request is made within 48 hours of payment.
- Condition: No work has been initiated by our team.
- Refund: A 100% refund will be issued to the original mode of payment.
Note: "No work initiated" implies that our team has not commenced any tasks related to the service, such as document preparation, application submissions, or communications on your behalf.
2. Partial Refund Conditions:
- Timeframe: If a cancellation request is made after 48 hours of payment or after work has commenced.
- Refund Calculation:
a. Government Fees: Non-refundable, as these are payments made to third-party entities and are beyond our control.
b. Professional Fees: A proportional amount will be deducted based on the work completed up to the point of cancellation.
- Remaining Balance: The remaining amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment.
Note: Work commencement includes any action taken by our team towards fulfilling your service request, such as consultations, document drafting, or submission.
3. Refund Request Procedure:
- Initiation: To request a refund, please contact our support team via email or phone, providing your order details and the reason for cancellation.
- Processing Time: All eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days from the date of approval.
- Mode of Refund: Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment unless otherwise agreed upon.
4. Additional Considerations:
- Change of Service: If you wish to change the service you ordered, you may do so within 7 days of purchase. The purchase price of the original service, less any earned fees and government payments, will be adjusted towards the new service.
- Non-Refundable Scenarios:
- Services that have been fully rendered and completed.
- Delays or issues caused by client-side factors, such as delayed document submissions.
- Payments made to government entities, as these are non-recoverable.
