Guidelines for DSC Video Verification 

Applying for DSC is not that much simple as there is multiple work other than uploading documents. One of the complex issues people usually face is video verification. A Digital Signature Certificate is issued by Certifying Authorities for validating or certifying the identity of the person holding the certificate. DSC or Digital Signature Certificate is a secure key and contains information related to the user's name, email address, country, pin code, date of certificate issuance, name of certifying authority. Digital Signature Certificate is usually valid and issued for one to two years. Also, they can be renewed before the expiry date.

DSC Video Verification Process

For DSC Video Verification, individual needs to follow these steps as given below: 

Step 01: Click on the Link: For DSC Video Verification Process, use the specific link generated by Bizfoc for each individual client. This link will redirect you to the video verification page. 

Step 02: Grant Permission: Once you open the link, a new screen will pop up, where on the left top corner you can change the setting. Now, Grant the setting permission for Camera & Mic. 

Step 03: LogIn: Next, you need to login using your ID (Provided by Bizfoc), your contact Number and OTP will be used in the process. Once you submit the proceed option, you’ll get an OTP through which you can login the site. 

Step 04: Track DSC: Once, you successfully login the portal you need to click on Track DSC. After clicking, all the details will pop up on your screen. Recheck each detail before proceeding. 

Step 05: Read Script & Record Video: Now, once you proceed, you will get a script which you need to speak in a clear tone. Also during the Video Verification Process, you need to show Aadhaar Card & PAN Card from both sides i.e, front and back of Aadhaar. 

Step 06: Submit the Video: After recording, submit the final video you have recorded and you are all done with DSC Video Verification. 

Point to Kept in mind for Video Verification

During DSC Video Verification, there are some major points that should be kept in mind. These points are as follow: 

  • During the Video Verification keep the original documents such as Aadhaar Card & PAN Card with you. No photocopy will be allowed 
  • Use the right code while submission as this code is unique every time you record the video
  • While recording the video make sure proper light is there. In case of blur video video verification will be rejected
  • Make the voice clear and easy to understand. Also, try to record the video for verification in noise free room/place
  • For KYC Script you need to speak either in English or Hindi. Use of both languages is not required. 
  • Try to read the script in 25 seconds as the video duration limit is restricted. A Longer video than 25 seconds will be rejected.
