Step 01: Visit Official Portal: In order to file PF Form 19, you need to visit the EPF Member Portal.
Step 02: Sign Up to the Portal: You need to sign up to the portal by using UAN and Password, along with Captcha.
Step 03: Fill the form: Once you login to the portal, you need to go to the ‘Online Services’ section and select “Claim Form - 31, 19, 10C &10D”. There will be an auto-filled form pop-up on your screen along with basic details.
Step 04: Verify Bank Details: To verify your bank details, you need to enter the last 4 digits of your bank account along with details such as Date of Ending (DOE) EPF & EPS and Reason for leaving. Once you fill in the details, sign the certificate of undertaking by clicking “Yes”.
Step 05: PF Withdrawal: Once you sign the undertaking, you need to select “Only PF Withdrawal (Form-19)” under the “I want to apply for” Label and enter the full Postal Address.
Step 06: Aadhaar Verification: After filing the details you need to select the disclaimer and click to “Get Aadhaar OTP” and verify your Aadhaar Number.
Step 07: Submit the Application: Once your Aadhaar Verification is done, submit the application and you’ll get the reference number on your screen upon successful submission.
Note:After that your PF Amount will be deposited to your bank account directly linked with your UAN.
